Student leaders

At Mount Compass Area School, we believe student leaders are essential to building a vibrant and supportive school community. We empower our student leaders to actively contribute, represent their peers, and help shape our school’s direction. Through these roles, students develop skills such as teamwork, communication, and responsibility, which prepare them for future leadership and success. By fostering leadership opportunities, we strengthen our school culture and ensure every student’s voice is heard and valued.

Being a student leader at Mount Compass is such a privilege, allowing me the opportunity to represent our school on site and out in the community.

What do you love most about our school?

Mount Compass allows all year levels to have a good relationship with one another, and to me that’s really special.
